| In homage to Donkey 9000 and his last two Xmaspocalypse games, I would be willing to host one here around the same time to keep the tradition alive.
Thoughts, ideas, comments?

| This pretty much HAS to happen. I will most likely be up during the Christmas holidays. Plan, plan big! Throw in curveball tongue in cheek story background. Add Christmas related rules. Make it as fun or more fun than last time! Plan more than just the game, but the event. Someone could bake cookies and maybe have a bit of a potluck thingy. | |

| So, for Nightlord, Panda and Jon, how many people could we comfortably fit in there for a big game? I'm thinking not too many more, adding in Donkey, and Cow obviously, anyone else? | |

| well, if I clear some shelf space for placing modelboxes and whatnot we could move the table we were using for that purpose and free up some more space, placing our supplies on said shelves would go a long way I hope. Going through it I figure 10 is the absolute max it can hold. | |

| I think 8 would be easy. The end space, where the goodies were, was wide open and we could put the chairs there because no one who was at the table was ever sitting. Move your dudes, roll your dice, then go sit and have a cider and snacks while the opponent responds. | |

| I am going to work on the shop again, see about getting that one table moved or clearing up some space because I would like to get 8-10 in their AND have room for models AND have room for snacks. | |

| Worked more on the shop, got some more space freed up. Would we wanna do snacks/pizza or some such? Any other ideas as to making it better? | |

| Too bad you don't have that christmas village.. was going to suggest jump/skimmers/etc. could fly over them, BS test to score a victory point. Haha drop presents through the chimney. | |

| Yeah sorry, no Village. We can easily do the Elves though, find some sort of small model that can work, have them work the same as last year. | |

| Elves: Some sort of test to keep hold of them yes? Ld test to hold on or maybe a characteristic test? If unheld or if they break away, move 2d6 in random direction. Count as VP at games end or every turn held?
A hero (Santa and jack frost?) for each team? Use some SC for each?
Presents (read: candy) to harvest like in the hallows eve game? mini-candycanes?
How about food? order some? do a small potluck?
An email with all the details a couple weeks before?
